BUTCO Utility Tools
The Universal Tripod: Complete unit always ready for immediate use. An efficient mobile work tool and rescue device. Weighs only 56 lbs. and has a maximum capacity of 500 lbs.
The Universal Tube Hoist: Complete unit for use where area conditions will not allow use of the tripod. Can be used to handle equipment and personnel vertically or for horizontal retrievel. Weighs 30 lbs. and can handle up to 500 lbs. safely.

Combination: A stripped tripod and a tube hoist - 2 tools in one - this unit is for use where the tripod can be set up. Use the tube hoist only where area conditions will not allow the use of the tripod.

BUTCO solutions are for quick and efficient lowering, raising and life-line attachment when entering confined spaces such as; vats, boilers, sewers, ship compartments, pipelines, silos, tanks and tunnels.
BUTCO confined entry systems allow rescuers to retrieve workers injured or rentered unconscious from life threatening hazards such as; vertical falls, becoming overcome by fumes, electric shocks, or other medical emergencies.
BUTCO confined-entry lightweight/portable units can be carried, manhandled and transported on vehicles and ships, and operated without electrical power.
